When the temperature rises outside to zero or above in February, giving you a break from the minus 20 degree days, and eliminating the various additional layers of clothing, including leg warmers, thick sweaters that cause you to overheat once you’re at work, and a scarf that also serves as a blanket, which is great during those freezing days but not so much when you’re squished by people on the subway and just trying to get fresh air into your lungs. So when the temperature rises, you are free to breath comfortably. And THAT CHANGES EVERYTHING!
