Writing a book takes a lot of time and energy. Ask anyone who’s tried or has written one. So when you finally finish, which includes a number of editing rounds, you are relieved to say the least. But wait. You’re not done yet, because you need to write a query letter and synopsis to submit to agents for publication. Aargh! You don’t have one ounce of energy left, but you have no choice. It’s gotta get done. So you muster any amount of strength and sit down to write one more time. Now you’re done and you can happily collapse, watching mindless television because you’ve completed your book, a query and a synopsis letter. And THAT CHANGES EVERYTHING!
